These terms and conditions (the "Terms") set out the terms on which Windhoek Transfers ("We" or "Us") provides airport transfer services to you ("You"). By using Our Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Our Services.
We provide airport transfer services from and to airports near Windhoek to/from the requested destination. Our Services include the provision of a vehicle and a driver. The vehicle will be of a standard appropriate to the number of passengers and the amount of luggage specified in the booking.
You may book Our Services through our website. You will be asked to provide personal information and to make payment for the Services at the time of booking. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website.
Upon receipt of Your booking and payment, We will send You a confirmation email detailing the date and time of Your transfer, the pick-up location, and the destination. If You have any special requests, such as the need for a child seat or a larger vehicle, please let Us know at the time of booking and We will do Our best to accommodate Your requirements.
If You need to make changes to Your booking, please contact Us as soon as possible. We will do Our best to accommodate Your request, but please note that changes may not always be possible.
You may cancel Your booking at any time up to 7 days before the scheduled pick-up time. If You cancel within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up time, We will not provide a refund.
We will make every effort to arrive at the pick-up location on time, but We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. If We are unable to provide Our Services due to circumstances beyond Our control, We will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle and driver, but We cannot guarantee this will be possible.
We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the provision of Our Services.
If You have any complaints about Our Services, please contact Us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to resolve Your complaint in a timely and satisfactory manner.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of Our Services following any such changes shall be deemed to be Your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Us in relation to the provision of Our Services and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings.
